Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
We do not allow or condone any resale or redistribution of any content from our store. The only exception to this rule regards items marked as 'DEV' which may be sold or redistributed in a 'locked' state only. This state is enabled through the software 'zModeler3'. Anyone found to be infringing these terms will be susceptible to civil and/or legal action not limited to: revocation of any and/or all products purchased, bans from accessing 'Blighty3D' store, discord and/or any other platforms, civil lawsuits and/or damage claims.

By purchasing an item from our store, there is no transfer of ownership to the consumer. Blighty3D retains all rights to the items provided, the customer is purchasing rights to the item for limited* usage. We reserve the right to remove these rights without refund if our Terms of Service are breached. 

*limited usage is defined by default in the Terms of Service, these can be overridden in the description of products or in writing from Blighty3D.

SECTION 6 - TERMS OF USAGE UNDER SECTION 5
For items marked as 'DEV', usage in return for monetary gain is allowed under these conditions:

a) the item is not provided as a sole entity

b) when included within a collaboration of products, whether from Blighty3D or a third party, the sale price of the final product does not subceed £10 GBP. This is the Minimum Resale Value ['MRV']

c) full credits are provided with any item utilising Blighty3D products

d) the item was attained legitimately Blighty3D and is listed as a 'DEV' product. Any third party sale of Blighty3D assets requires written permission from Blighty3D.

If any condition is not met, resale rights to items purchased are not granted under any circumstance without written permission from Blighty3D. Infringement of this will be subject to the conditions of Section 5.

The MRV can be subceeded during discount periods, however, continual discounts appearing to circumvent the MRV will be viewed as a breach of ToS.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

In no case shall Blighty3D, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Blighty3D and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 16 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

 SECTION 22 - Assets

You are not buying ownership of our assets even as a developer asset, you must follow our terms of service if you fail to do so your license to use our work will be revoked. You must not do any of the below unless said otherwise in writing by Bleep and the Blighty Team.

 All our models come locked and as is, any edits are chargeable, we hold the right to remove usage from anyone who breaches these terms.

1- Leaking, redistributing, modifying, ripping, unlocking in any sort of way is not authorized. 2- Do not take credit for any product made/sold by our team. 3- We reserve the right to decline service without stating the reasoning behind our decision. 4- We aim to have orders delivered within 4-8 weeks, orders placed after 05/05/25 have a guarantee that if it’s not started in 60 days they will be refunded, extraordinarily large orders are not included in this. Site orders are usually instant however if an item is not uploaded you must wait for the artist to be available to send there is no limit on this time however we aim to get them to customers in a reasonable timeframe 5- All custom orders are listed for sale unless exclsuvity fee is paid prior to completion. (Exclusivity fee is generally 3-5x the order cost) 6- Any form of purchase you make with us, you automatically agree to this. 7- We are not responsible for any damaged caused when installing, our modifications are tested and virus free. 8- Support nor sales will NOT be given via DMs 9- All sales are final and legally binding, refunds are only given when the product is game breaking, we may offer other compensation if deemed neccasary by the team, by purchasing you waive your right to cancel (if downloaded within 14 days) 10- Deadlines are not something we work with at Blighty, we work on an estimated delivery date, this means if things go over it is not over a contractual deadline. 11- you may not release or sell or distribute our dev assets unlocked or as a civilian vehicle this includes selling resale rights using our bases 12- you may not recreate, resell or release or distribute in anyway a vehicle B3d/BlightyMods has made, is planning on making or is working on, this includes setups that can be easily edited to ones we sell 13- do not contact staff via dm to order assets, if you wish to purchase our ticket system is in place 14- you are required to know how to install files, we do not offer support for installation or any issues arising from installation. We also do not provide els files or metas this counts as installation so support isn’t provided for how to do this 15- any form of abuse or aggression towards staff will result in a ban without refund 16- you will require a working knowledge of Zmoddler 3 to use dev items. Therefore we are not responsible for any damage caused nor will we provide support on any edits needed. 17- don’t ping staff in tickets, anyone found doing so will have their ticket closed without refund or warning , this includes replying to messages to send a notification 18- our models are only tested in FiveM, we cannot provide support for SP so purchase at your own risk (primarily MLOs) 19- You may not convert our assets to other games 20- You may not reuse parts of our assets for commercial gain for example fitting one of our interiors into another model 21- You are responsible for keeping the files secure, if you lose access to that email or aren't willing to download from email you will be charged a £5 admin fee in order to be resent the files via Discord 22- Support and sales are limited to one paying customer incase files or details need to be exchanged. 23- Anyone who keeps wasting our time will be warned if it continues you maybe banned or ticket banned 24- when purchasing you are purchasing a license not ownership, we have the right to revoke your license to use our assets at any time and for any reason. This includes resale rights in any format 25- you may not “donate”, “give”, or distribute our assets to any server, you may ask for permission but this is at Blighty3Ds discretion and not guaranteed. 26- any pre orders are offered with no refunds, this is only offered as a swap to store credit 27- anyone blacklisted or found commiting illegal and immoral acts such as leaking, server dumping, redistributing, reselling* will be banned without further corrsepondance or refund, this is done to protect blighty and its customers
